A recent workshop featured a presentation on Campus Improvement Plans for the 2026-27 year. Each school is required to create a plan annually, which serves as a blueprint for addressing specific needs. The plan development process involves a comprehensive needs assessment, creation of problem statements, and establishment of performance objectives and strategies.
