A traffic stop in Ector County led to a significant discovery. Law enforcement found a substantial amount of illicit substances and firearms in the possession of an individual. This person, identified as Hector Perez Elmore, was taken into custody.

The seizure included more than two pounds of certain controlled substances, as well as two guns. One of these firearms was determined to have been stolen. Elmore is now being held in the Midland County Central Detention Center.
