Odessa Trash & Recycling Pickup Schedule (2026)
How residential trash and recycling collection works in Odessa, with the official schedule lookup. Updated July 2026.
Who picks up: City of Odessa Solid Waste Department.
City crews collect residential trash twice a week — Mondays and Thursdays starting at 7 a.m. — as Odessa transitions from alley dumpsters to city-issued rollout carts (one cart included in the monthly fee). There is no city curbside recycling; residents use the Keep Odessa Beautiful drop-off facility (which consolidated the Time Machine recycle center and household-hazardous-waste site) plus Saturday neighborhood bulk drop-off events.
